Those chubby little hands couldn’t help themselves from reaching in for this delicious treat! This is my go-to brownie recipe because not only is it slightly healthier, but you can easily sub out the healthy ingredients for unhealthier ones in a simple 1:1 ratio! Don’t have whole wheat flour on hand? No problem! Use regular flour. Not a fan of the coconut flavor? Sub out the sugar for regular sugar or the coconut oil for grape seed oil or butter. Seriously. I have tried it all and it ALL works. I adapted this recipe from sweetannas.com by using cacao powder instead of dutch processed coco powder. This gives it an even healthier kick as cacao powder is high in flavonoids and a great source of fiber. Watch the video and see how quick and simple this is.
